1. Terms of Service
Welcome to AcolytePay. By accessing our website, APIs, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AcolytePay acts as a provider of digital financial infrastructure, including but not limited to VTU services, data reselling, and payment API integrations.
Users must be at least 18 years old or operate under adult supervision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect necessary information (such as email, phone number, and transaction history) solely for the purpose of processing your requests and improving our service.
We employ bank-grade AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (Airtime, Data, Exam Pins), transactions are generally non-refundable once delivered successfully to the specified phone number or meter.
However, in the event of a system failure where your wallet is debited but value is not delivered, our system will automatically reverse the transaction within 24 hours. If a reversal does not occur, please contact support with your transaction reference.
